FloatingLayer. Creates a popup-type layer. The difference from the pop-up is that the FloatingLayer pre-places the pop-up and decides to show it or hide is using the APIs. Having a similar structure as the Group component, the FloatingLayer can be included under another component, or in WFrame or IFrame. In most cases, the FloatingLayer is under the body, and at its highest layer is the <div> tag containing various type of other tags at the lower level.

The developer must use a proper CSS selector due to the layout complexity of the component.
